Sean Paul Redding at Moors

Texas born chef Sean Paul has worked for many years at a number of leading restaurants, namely Manna, The Gate, Green Note and, more recently, VBites – the new vegan café in Hove opened by Heather Mills.

He made his name as an artful and imaginative vegetarian chef, with a unique approach to food resulting in excellent presentation and superb taste. But his new venture at Moors Bar is solely influenced by his upbringing in Texas and his childhood memories of good times in the kitchen eating creole Cajun food.

True to his reputation as a notable vegetarian chef, there are vegetarian and vegan options on most items on his menus.
